Reports link Huddersfield Town with Newcastle winger
Premier League outfit Huddersfield Town are looking to secure the signature of Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons, according to reports.
Town are one of a trio of teams battling it out for the 22-year-old, with top flight rivals Crystal Palace and Championship side Aston Villa also looking at a possible January move.
Aarons has found game-time limited at Newcastle this season, making just two appearances in the Premier League as a late substitute against Manchester United and West Brom.
The winger was also restricted to just five first-team appearances last season, with a Achilles tendon rupture resulting in him missing the majority of The Magpies' Championship title-winning campaign.
Aarons primarily plays as a left winger, but has been able to slot in on the right wing when required.
The Terriers currently sit in 15th place in the Premier League standings, level on points with Newcastle and five points above the relegation zone.
