Leeds United confirm addition of Forest Green midfielder
Leeds United have confirmed the addition of Forest Green midfielder Jordan Stevens for an undisclosed fee.
The 17-year-old joins the club on a deal until June 2020, with the option of a further year, and will initially link up with Carlos Corberan's under-23s side.
Stevens has featured in 15 games in all competitions for the League Two outfit this season.
Leeds have recruited a number of faces to the development squad since the January transfer window opened.
Finland under-19s international Aapo Halme from HJK Helsinki was the first player in followed by the addition of forward Oliver Sarkic on a permanent deal from Benfica.
Former Feyenoord goalkeeper Kamil Miazek also signed a deal with the club after joining on trial in October.
Striker Sam Dalby also made the move to Elland Road after he signed a two-and-a-half year deal from National League outfit Leyton Orient.
For the first team, Leeds have confirmed the addition of Tyler Roberts from West Brom.
The forward joins for an initial £2.5m fee, rising to a potential £4m.
The 19-year-old spent the first part of the season on-loan at League One outfit Walsall, where he scored five goals and assisted a further three in 15 games.
Roberts also has had previous loan spells at Shrewsbury Town and Oxford United.
The youngster has international experience with Wales, representing the country at youth levels from under-15s to under-21s.
